The Cibola High School Golden Regiment Band Boosters are parent volunteers who work to support the band programs and directors at Cibola High School.
We are a registered 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Donations to the general account (not student accounts) are tax deductible under the IRS Code.
Who are the members of the Booster Club?
Any parent or guardian of band members, alumni, or any person(s) interested in the objective for which this club is organized may become a member. Any individual wishing membership in this organization, other than a parent of a band member, must be approved by the Executive Board. Only parents or guardians of band members shall have voting rights.
Booster meetings are generally scheduled on the first Tuesday of each month. We meet at 6:30 at the school, usually in the PAC.
An award-winning band program needs a lot of support and that is provided by the band parents through the Band Boosters. In addition to coordinating fundraisers, parents:
chaperone all performance events and trips;
provide administration and maintenance of band uniforms
build props for the marching show
distribute drinks and supplies for all performances
administer email and phone trees to broadcast important information
help with fundraisers,
help with many, many more tasks!
